All Phone numbers, names and addresses are stored digitally. Paper copies are shredded once the information has been digitally stored.
When you receive a newsletter Email, your personal data in held by the third party that we use for sending these mailings (Mailchimp). You can view their privacy policy here. At any time if you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
